TBparts 143cc big bore kit with our NEW bolt on performance camshaft. The combination of these parts amplify the results! The cam opens up the valves more so the larger bore kit can breathe better resulting in even more power throughout the power curve! You will not believe the night and day difference this setup makes over the stock engine! The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). The domed high compression piston (10.9:1 pump gas friendly) and complete head gasket kit set this kit apart from other similarly priced 143 kits on the market. Our camshaft grind has years of R&D built into it too. Gains are 20% over stock throughout the RPM range unlike most other cams that shave power off the bottom end to move it all up-top. Not to mention this camshaft is brand new, not a regrind, and includes brand new Taiwan TPI bearings made to OEM specifications. This is an affordable way to make your KLX110 or DRZ110 engine race ready and a lot more fun to ride!  High quality parts and requires no machining to the cases or other modifications – bolt on and go!

Note – This is bolt on for 2003-2009 KLX110s. Camshaft is for use with the stock cylinder head. Carburetor tuning will be required for optimal performance, +1 size up on the pilot jet and +2 sizes up on the main jet is a good starting point.
